A warm welcome in Siem Reap
Our large, clean room had a fine view of the pool, and the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Every meal left us reminiscing about the flavors, and the refreshing pool was the perfect escape after long days exploring.
The air conditioning in our room struggled to keep up with the tropical heat, but an additional fan did help. We had to open the balcony to cool down most nights.

The hotel had somewhat comfortable beds and decently maintained surroundings. An okay breakfast is included and its staff offers nice help, though not exceptional. the swimming pool was well-maintained and inviting. the location was slightly far and having a nice view of the city or the surrounding area was unlikely.
The service from the staff could have been more exceptional.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the tourist attractions. they had a nice pool where guests could relax after a long day of sightseeing.
Our Christmas experience at the hotel was not as enjoyable as we had hoped for. The decorations were minimal and the Christmas dinner was not special at all.
